Considering the real-time nature of this bulletin board, it is impossible for us to review
messages or confirm the validity of information posted. Please remember that we at do not
actively monitor the contents of and are not responsible for any messages posted. We do not
vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any message, and are not
responsible for the contents of any message. The messages express the views of the author of
the message, not necessarily the views of this site or any entity associated with this site.
Any user who feels that a posted message is objectionable is encouraged to contact us
immediately by email. We have the ability to remove objectionable messages and we will make
every effort to do so, within a reasonable time frame, if we determine that removal is
necessary. This is a manual process, however, so please realize that we may not be able to
remove or edit particular messages immediately.
You agree, through your use of this service, that you will use this message board in
accordance to the rules outlined here:
1. First and foremost, all posts to the board are to be kept CLEAN. That means NO
profanity (swearing), no talking about race or sexual orientation of Billy or any member of
the board, no explicit religious discussions (i.e. preaching), etc. People with
usernames that violate this rule will be banned.
2. Discussing personal information on this board is strictly prohibited. This
includes not only Billy's personal information but also YOUR own personal information.
This would would include home address, phone number, personal e-mail address, personal
finances, etc. Individual members may, if they wish, give out their age, sex and
closest major city (for example: Billy - 13, Male, Providence, Rhode Island), but nothing
more then that. If anyone from the board contacts you privately asking for it, please e-mail
us with their username and/or e-mail address so that we can take care of it.
3. No flaming, badmouthing or attacking other members or celebrities. If you have
a problem with another member, please bring it to the attention of one of the moderators
instead of trying to handle it yourself.
4. No spamming and No forwarding chain letters to the group. This board is for
talking about Billy, it is not for advertising, chain letters, etc.
5. Do not post messages in all capital letters, as this is the internet equivalent
of yelling and makes it hard for others to read. Typing a single word or phrase in a
sentence to highlight it is fine, but messages should not be entirely capitalized.
6. Special Note about MP3's - As the owner of this site and a big fan of Billy's
I cannot condone the trading of MP3's. I do feel that MP3's have a place, such as radio
interviews, but not with songs like "One Voice" and "Oklahoma" which are easily obtainable
either locally or through an Internet store like
CDNow, so please do not post requests for them.
Most of all this board is here to talk about Billy and fun.
