Billy was born May 24, 1988 in Westerly, Rhode Island.

Blond, but the lighting really affects what color it looks like.

Billy's eyes are blue, but seem to change color a bit in different light.

In the spring of 2000 when "One Voice" was released Billy was 4 foot 7 inches. But Billy is a growing boy, and in January 2001 a couple of articles listed his as being between 4ft 10in and 4ft 11in. As of early 2004 it has been reported he is now approximately just under 5 foot 7 inches

Yep. Two. One of each. :) Very supportive and proud.

Yes, Billy has one brother, Colin, who is 12 years old.

Like with most of us, this seems to change everytime asked. One of the foods Billy has said he likes is Tiramisu which Billy says "It is a coffee cake type thing with chocolate sauce."
