One Voice for UNICEF - Sunday, April 28, 2002 From BillyGilman.net "Billy has been asked by the United Nations Children's Fund to do a special performance of "One Voice" during the UN General Assembly Special Session on Children in New York next month. Member States of the United Nations are expected to adopt a wide-ranging series of goals at the global conference that will place children back at the top of the world's agenda and address the pressing issues of child mortality, AIDS, exploitation and poverty. Billy is very proud and honored to be part of such an important event."

Billy's buddy Nicolas King - Sunday, April 28, 2002 From BillyGilman.net "Billy is currently in Chicago visiting with his friend Nicholas King for the opening of Carol Burnett's new musical, "Hollywood Arms," written by Carol and her daughter Carrie. Billy’s friend Nicholas plays the part of a childhood friend to Carol Burnett. Billy will be attending the opening night and a celebrity post-party."

News from Larry King - Thursday, April 18, 2002 Sometime news comes for the most unexpected places. Last night while introducing Billy, Larry King said that Billy will be included on the Stuart Little 2 soundtrack, he'll be presenting at the ACMA's next month, and that he'd read for the film production of Peter Pan.

Alert: Billy on CNN date change - Tuesday, April 16, 2002 Well it seems that they've rescheduled Billy's appearance on Larry King Live yet again. It now appears to be scheduled for Wednesday, April 17th (TOMORROW) at 9pm, 12 & 3 am ET

Sad news - Sunday, April 14, 2002 The Dallas Morning News reports that "Elisabeth Reed Wagner, the woman whose struggle inspired many through country music artist Billy Gilman's song "Elisabeth," died Thursday of complications from cancer at RHD Memorial Medical Center." ... Billy sings on Larry King Live - Tuesday, April 9, 2002 Billy will be in New York on Thursday, April 11th, to tape an episode of CNN's Larry King Live. Billy will perform "My Time On Earth".
