Ever wonder what happened to Billy?

Billy Gilman is preparing to come out of semi-retirement.

Now 15, Gilman, the country music prodigy, has spent the last couple of years resting and letting his voice change.

More on the "changed" One Voice singer soon. Still, some folks will hear his "new voice" today. He's visiting from his Rhode Island home in his role as youth chairman for the Muscular Dystrophy Association.

Billy's not ready for a full concert. "I'm just going to sing For Our World," he says.

He's at the Gaylord Entertainment Center to speak and to hand out MDA awards to the 13,000 students, alumni, advisers and businesspeople gathered for the 58th annual DECA International Career Development Conference. DECA, an association of marketing students, has raised nearly $5 million for MDA research over the years.

Here's a hint for you Billy watchers: He's not "Little Billy" any more.
