For the second week in a row there is an article on Billy in People Magazine. This is the issue with the cover date of August 21, 2000 and is available NOW!!!

Exciting News - Thursday, August 10, 2000

There was all kinds of interesting and big news about Billy today. Here are are the highlights:
Billy's second single will be "Oklahoma" and he will be back in Nashville at the end of the month to film his second video.
Billy spent a good part of the last two weeks in Los Angeles, while there he personally met with Aaron Spelling and executives from ABC, NBC, Walt Disney and Warner Brothers.
While in LA, Billy attended The Teen Choice Awards (aired on FOX, Aug. 22) where he met N'Sync, Britney Spears, Lisa Kudrow and Jim Carrey.
This fall while in Nashville Billy will also start filming his part for an IMAX film that will also feature the Dixie Chicks and Alan Jackson. Billy will also be making a trip to Ireland to film part of it, and while there is scheduled to do a duet with 12 year-old opera singer Charlotte Church

Billy gets his Gold album - Tuesday, August 1, 2000

While in NYC last week, Billy visited Sony's offices to pick up his gold album. It was presented to him personally by the head of Sony Music, Thomas Mattola.
