Billy Releases New Song For Victims of 9/11/01 - Wednesday, September 11, 2002 As reported on the front page of BillyGilman.net Billy has released a new song featuring the voices of Billy Gilman, Rebecca St. James, and former Kansas lead singer John Elefante. The song is being distributed online, and being given to some 10,000 children who lost family on the Semptember 11'th attacks. The song is a beautifully mastered chorus of the three singers with Billy singing the lead. The words of the song come from the 23 Psalm in the Bible.
