This weeks charts New Appearances This week's updates to The UNofficial Billy Gilman Fan Web Site This week's new highlights: --------------------------- + 3,000+ Fans in MD + Billy's appearance at the Marley Station Mall in Glen Burnie, MD this past Tuesday was a huge success. According to a Sony press release on Thursday more then 3,000 fans showed up to see Billy perform and sign autographs. Be sure to check out Max's great review in the reviews section. What's Billy doing this week? ----------------------------- Billy's off to Sunny California this week. Starting off with a bang, on Monday Billy and Charlotte will perform "Dream a Dream" on The Tonight Show. We get to see Billy again on Friday when he will be on the Oprah Winfrey Show in an episode themed around extraordinary youngsters. This week's charts -------------------- A positive week on the charts. This week on the Billboard Country Albums chart, "One Voice" climbs a spot to #6, marking Billy's 18th straight week in the top 10. On the Billboard's Top 200 he climbs two spots to #51. "One Voice" also moved up one spot on the Canadian Soundscan charts to #8. "Classic Christmas" makes it's debut on the charts in it's first week of sales appearing on Billboard's Top 200 albums (covering all types of music) at #148. Garth Brooks retirement announcement must have distracted everyone on Friday, so I don't have the singles chart information yet, I suspect it'll show up Monday or Tuesday.
