This week's new highlights: --------------------------- + Billy's Classic Christmas TV Special + As I announced last week, TNN has given Billy his own Christmas special. Billy will be in Nashville this week to tape the special that will air on TNN on December 7th. Billy's guests on the show will include Ray Benson, Jessica Andrews and Michael W. Smith. What's Billy doing this week? ----------------------------- As mentioned above Billy will be in Nashville for part of the week to tape his TNN Christmas special. Billy will then head back to L.A. Friday the Billboard Music Video Awards, which Billy has a number of nominations, will be held. And on Sunday Billy will be performing at the KZLA Country Cookout. Billy TV -------------------- It looks like last week I forgot to mention that the second season of CMT's Face the Music would start on Saturday, and that Billy would be one of the featured artists, I apologize for that. If you missed it you still have two more opportunities this week, Wednesday at 5pm ET and Thursday at 10pm ET. For the Canadians who get CMT Canada I'm still waiting to hear from them about when they'll start the new episodes. Did you see Billy and Charlotte on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno last Monday? If you missed it you MIGHT have one more chance to see it. Some NBC stations rerun the episodes one week after they first air in the very early morning hours (2am - 4am). This means that last Monday's with Billy will be repeated very early Tuesday morning. Check your local listings as not all NBC stations do the reruns and times vary depending on the station. This week's charts -------------------- This weeks charts look great for Billy. For it's 19th week in the top 10, "One Voice" has climbed another spot on Billboard's Country Albums chart putting it at 5. On Billboard's Top 200 albums it also goes up one to 50. On the Canadian Soundscan charts it slipped out of the top 10 and ends up at 11. On Billboard's Country Albums chart Billy has TWO albums in the top 20 as "Classic Christmas" climbs from 21 in it's debut week to 19 this week. On the Canadian Soundscan charts it lands at 31 in it's debut week. New Appearances ------------------- Along with Billy's Christmas special the other big appearance added to the list this week CMT's Country Christmas Memories on which Billy will premier his video for "Warm & Fuzzy" Also, don't forget to start looking for the December issue of McCalls Magazine which is suppose to have an article on Billy.
