Billy's "One Voice" video was nominated in four categories; best country new artist clip, best contemporary Christian clip, best contemporary Christian new artist clip, and best jazz/AC new artist clip. HE WON ALL FOUR!!! Congratulations to Billy and all those involved in making this great video. + Thanksgiving NFL on Fox + Billy will take part in "National Kettle Kick-off," a special half time show during the Dallas Cowboys' Thanksgiving Day game that will help launch the Salvation Army's annual fundraising drive. The half time show will close with Billy performing a special version of his "powerful platinum" hit "One Voice." "It is an honor to be chosen to help The Salvation Army launch its holiday fundraising campaign with 'One Voice'," said Billy Gilman. "It is my sincere hope that Jessica [Jessica Simpson, who will also be taking part in the show] and I can move people to support The Salvation Army's efforts that make such a huge difference in people's lives." + Billy gets nominated for AMA + Billy has been nominated for an American Music Award!! The nomination is for "Favorite New Artist in Country Music." The nominees are Alecia Elliott, BILLY GILMAN and Keith Urban. The American Music Awards will air live from California on January 8, 2001 8:00 PM ET (taped delayed on west coast) on ABC.
