Contents -------- AMA Award RodeoHouston Country Radio Broadcasters' Convention This weeks charts AMA Award ----------------------------- By now you all know that Billy won the AMA Award for Favorite New Country Artist, but what you might not know is that Billy is the youngest artist to win the award. LeAnn Rimes had been the youngest, being 14 when she won. RodeoHouston -------------------- On Sunday, March 4, 2001 Billy and LeAnn Rimes will share the stage on the final day of the 20-day event. Country Radio Broadcasters' Convention -------------------- Billy will help kick off the Country Radio Broadcasters' CRS-2001 Convention by singing the national anthem during the opening ceremonies on Thursday, March 1, 2001. This week's charts -------------------- Now that Christmas is completely over with "Classic Christmas" is completely off the charts. "One Voice" remains at #5 on Billboard's Country Albums Chart but takes another big slip on Billboard's Top 200 Albums to #77. On the Canadian Soundscan Charts, "One Voice" holds at #9 for the third week. "Oklahoma" loses one spot to #3 on Billboard's Country Singles Sales Chart, but climbs to #29 on Billboard's Radio Chart.
