"Super Music Fest" Florida

On January 27th I had the pleasure of seeing Billy perform at the
Florida State Fair Grounds in Tampa. He sang 5 or 6 songs from the
album before turning the show over to Tracy Lawrence. Billy’s
performance was awesome as expected. Somehow I was still shocked to see
this larger than life powerhouse was only twelve. The show started
approximately 30 minutes late to give those snarled in traffic a chance
to get there. The turn out was embarrassingly small., approximately
2000 in a venue that could have held 10,000 plus fans. If he was
disappointed in our numbers he didn’t let on. Of the 2000 that
did attend the show 75% slowly left the building after Billy leaving
poor Tracy Lawrence to perform for the remaining 500. No autographs by
Billy. Even those with back stage passes were walking out empty
handed. My next chance is weekend at the Chili Cook-off and the fans
will be out in full force. BILLY, GET READY TO FEEL THE LOVE!!! If
worse comes to worse, there’s always fan fair.
